In accordance with Kansas Statute 72-3123 and USD 331 Board Policy JBCC, USD 331 will consider transfer requests of non-resident students based on capacity and good standing. Parents wishing to request a non-resident transfer must complete the Non-Resident Transfer Request Form. The form can be accessed using this link (Transfer Request Form), or parents can complete a paper form at the USD 331 District Office at 115 N. Main, Kingman, KS, 67068. All transfer requests must be received by 11:59 pm on June 30, 2024. The USD 331 Board of Education has reviewed 24-25 enrollment projections to determine our capacity to consider non-resident transfer requests. Based on the projected enrollment and capacity to operate effectively, USD 331 will accept nonresident students as outlined in the table below.
