About Me

I grew up in Kingman and graduated from Kingman High School in 1993. I received my BS Degree in Education from Newman University in 1997. In 2002, I completed my Master's Degree in Education Leadership from Newman University. In 2004 I completed my District Level Leadership Endorsement at Wichita State University.

The first few years of my career I taught middle school math at Goddard Middle School. I then spent 16 years in the Cheney School District as the Curriculum and Assessment Director and the Middle School Principal.

In 2017 we moved back home, and I became the Principal of Kingman Middle School.

My husband Sean (a 1989 KHS Graduate) and I were married in 1996. He works for Berry Tractor in Wichita. We have three children--Macy is in the nursing program at Emporia State University. Ben lives and works in Wichita, and Elizabeth attends Kingman Elementary.
