Continuous Learning
We (teachers and administration) intentionally started out SLOW.

  • We expect there will be technological "hiccups".
  • some of you will have trouble getting connected. That’s ok.
  • Don’t get frustrated.
  • Don’t worry about being in trouble. You will NOT be in trouble.
  • We will be ultra patient with you and ask that you be ultra patient with us. (and your internet service providers)
  • If you miss a class meeting, we are recording them and they will be made available in a reasonable amount of time.
  • We hope internet providers are ready for us but... if they lag, are slow or even down- remember-

Together We Will Get Through this rollout and re-engagement with our Continuous Learning Plan.

If you are having problems connecting, email, call or text your teacher, or you can contact me and I will pass message along as we try to resolve the problems.

We have a limited supply of Hot Spots available for checkout.  Please contact the district office at 620-532-3134 if you feel you need one for your students.

Please know that the schools‘ offices hours are  limited so, again, emails are best.

We are making history! Your kids are Living History. Your kids should keep a diary or journal about this part of their schooling/education because they will be telling their kids about this one day. (And it’s good practice at Writing)

Again, There are NO Problems that cannot be resolved with patience and communication.

School Meals

USD 331 is providing 2 meals per child to children ages 1-18 at both Kingman and Norwich.  One will be their lunch and the second will be their breakfast for the next morning.

Meals will be distributed Curbside at KEMS & Norwich School from 11:30a.m to 12:30 pm. Monday - Friday

Please be patient with us. Scheduling times may change or be adjusted.

IF something happens and we run out of meals, you may have to drive to your closest school to pick up meals. Again, we will do our best to be at your service and be well supplied. As I have said, we didn’t have a great response to our survey so we are making educated guesses. As we get closer to knowing needs, we can get more variety in our menus.

VERY IMPORTANT: We will have a School Vehicle - A White Van or Suburban that will have USD 331 markings deliver the meals to our Satellite Meal Pick up locations below:
