KHS Class of 2033 (a.k.a. Kindergarten Class of 2020-21)

Dear Parents:

We will be providing information to you in the coming days regarding Kindergarten Roundup. This Spring has seen many first for all of us and Kindergarten Roundup will be yet another first for all of us.

Due to current restrictions and social distancing, this year’s Roundup will not be face to face. You will be receiving information electronically as well as Virtually. Our Kindergarten Staff has put together short videos that we will share with you. These videos will include information on: 1) What a day in the life of a Kindergartener looks like 2) Lunch schedule and procedures and 3) Self-Care/Bathroom practices.

The following is a list of information that will need to be provided to the school to complete the enrollment process. For many of you, whose child has been enrolled in pre-school at KEMS, this will be a matter of confirming the information and/or updating your information in Skyward.

• Your child’s Birth Certificate

• Record of Immunization

• Names and phone numbers of Emergency Contacts

  • (Ex. grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, etc. Someone that will come and get your child from school if they get sick and need to go home and you are unavailable)

• Parent place of employment and phone numbers

• Parent email addresses
