Kingman Elementary is looking for a preschool para!! Would you like to spend your day with kids? Come join our team!

Summer EBT is available to all Kansas school children who are income-eligible to receive free and reduced-price meals during the school year. While many children were auto-issued for these benefits, plenty more can receive it, but only through an application. Applications must be submitted by September 11 through the Department for Children and Families (DCF) website at www.dcfapp.kees.ks.gov. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Kansas Appleseed team at hkottler@kansasappleseed.org.

Parents/Guardians, The funeral service for Mrs. Dixon is Thursday afternoon. To allow our staff and families to attend, we will be utilizing an early release schedule for Thursday, August 29. KES and KMHS will dismiss at 12:00 after lunch is served. Buses will run at that time. Middle School/High School scrimmages scheduled for that evening will go on as scheduled. Welcome back to school!! Open House is tonight from 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.! All parents are asked to park in gym/cafeteria parking lot this evening and enter through the cafeteria doors! Your student's classroom teacher is posted on Skyward today and class lists will be posted in the cafeteria this evening at Open House! We look forward to seeing everyone tonight.
