Our culinary class was fortunate to welcome a pair of local “experts” who taught us the art of making peanut brittle. We learned to identify stages like hard crack and soft ball on a candy thermometer—and discovered that mastering them requires a tremendous amount of patience! A huge thank-you to Tab and Denise Turner and to Debbie Wesley for generously spending the day with us.

The FCCLA Board traveled to Wichita yesterday to purchase items for the Wesley Children’s Unit. Last year, Norwich PreK–12 students raised $1,241 through the Pennies for Patients campaign.
