There will be no school tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16, due to extremely low windchills forecast for the morning and early afternoon. Since temperatures are expected to recover later in the day, evening activities will continue as planned.

With snowfall predicted to continue for much of the evening and early morning hours, low overnight temperatures, and already snow-covered roads, we have decided to cancel school for tomorrow (Tuesday, January 9). Stay safe and warm.

Please be sure to read this month's Eagle Beak-on. I hope everyone enjoyed their snow day! Have a great weekend.

Due to the current weather forecast calling for snow in our area tomorrow, Kingman-Norwich Schools will have a two-hour late start on Friday, January 5. Custodial staff, office staff, and building administrators should plan to arrive at the building by 8:00 a.m. provided road conditions allow to ensure the building is ready for students to arrive at 10:00. Teachers and other classified staff should plan to arrive at the building no later than 9:30 a.m. to assist with arrival. Given the uncertainty of forecasted weather, there is also a possibility that school may be canceled if the weather or road conditions fail to improve. If that is the case, additional email and text notifications will be sent to staff, and updates provided to the designated media outlets as soon as that decision is made.

Please read the Smore for important information regarding the upcoming 2024 Spring Semester.
