Things to know for those attending state track at Wichita State University:
· WSU has a clear bag policy for fans. The clear bag policy does not apply to athletes. Athlete bags/ backpacks will be searched before entry
· No outside food and beverage are allowed in the stadium
· Exception: One unopened 20 ounce bottle of water per person
· Team coolers through the team (Northeast) entrance only
· Metal detectors will be used at all entries
· Fans are encouraged to bring as few things as possible to expedite ingress
· Fan lawn chairs will be permitted in the throws area only. Fans may bring lawn chairs if they wish and they must be carried in. Wagons will not be permitted into the event.
· The parking lot directly West of Koch Arena is ADA and paid parking ($10 cash or card)
· WSU will have several golf carts shuttling fans from the parking lots to the stadium as they have in the last several years
· WSU will have more food and vendors for sale than ever before on campus and in the stadium including more athlete friendly items that sold out quickly last year

Due to the high probability of rain and storms forecasted for Thursday in Greensburg, the KSHSAA Regional Track Meet has been moved to Friday, May 22.
Field events will now begin at 1:00 PM, and running events will start at 3:00 PM. This adjustment gives us the best opportunity to complete the meet in one day.
