Starting next week, their will be optional weightlifting offered on Tuesday and Friday mornings beginning at 5:55 a.m. This is completely voluntary and is not a substitute for Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is open to all middle school and high school athletes.

Tuesday at 9 am, Dr. Dusty Hague will be here to give physicals if you'd like your child to have one. This is optional but students must have a physical before the start of the fall sports season. Attached is the form for parents and athletes signature. Forms are also available in the office if you'd like to drop in and pick one up.
