This past weekend was the first ever HOPL League Powerlifting meet. Here are those results. There were multiple league champions from Norwich. Also there are some attached pictures of the Conway Springs Meet that was held before spring break. These young men and women have been working very hard and representing Norwich very well.

State testing begins the week for 3-8th, 10-11th grade students and continues until Easter Break! Here are some fun tips to get your student ready to SOAR!
🛏️ Sleep Like a Champion – Even Eagles need rest before a big flight! Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep so they’re sharp and ready to soar.
🍳 Breakfast = Brain Power – Fuel up with a healthy breakfast—eggs, fruit, or a whole-grain favorite will keep your Eagle flying strong all day long!
⏰ Be an On-Time Eagle – The early bird gets the worm—and the calm, focused start to the day. Set those alarms and arrive on time!
🎉 Positive Vibes Only – Remind your Eagle: “You’ve got this!” A little encouragement can help them feel unstoppable.
✏️ Be Prepared to Soar – Double-check they have everything they need—a book, a smile, and their Eagle pride!

We would like to introduce the students who have been working so hard to organize our Relay for Life Event. We will start with our co-chairs, Alayna and Kyler.
We will begin to sell Luminaries this week to honor Survivors like Jodi Swinehart. They will cost $5.00 each and will be on sale through 4/11/25.

Relay for Life teams sold snacks and treats during lunch to raise money for the American Cancer Society. A big thanks to the Norwich students for supporting them in their fight against cancer!
