Today our 8th, 10th, 11th & 12th grade students participated in Reality U. This simulation gave students the opportunity to experience what life might be like at age 26 based on their answers to a survey they took ahead of time. They earned a paycheck based on their career of choice and were then tasked with visiting different booths to pay their housing, transportation, childcare, food, insurance and student loan bills. Unexpected life events occur and they also must prepare for retirement!
It's safe to say kids had a great time and learned a lot!

Thanks to USD 331 Kingman Middle High School for inviting Norwich Schools to tour the carpentry, welding and auto shops today. Our students got to learn all about classes in these areas of study that they might be interested in taking next year. They heard from teachers and students who are currently taking these classes and even got to see some Norwich students in action! #331Proud #CTE

For those interested this past weekend some NHS Student-Athletes participated in a Powerlifting Meet. There were 7 boys and 3 young ladies who competed and did a fantastic job. HWPO!

Due to the threat of inclement weather all evening activities at Norwich schools for this evening, Thursday, January 9th , 2025 are cancelled. The Junior High Boys game with Burrton will be rescheduled to a later date. The Junior High Girls' game will not be rescheduled with Haven. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

Norwich 5th graders are excited to welcome Officer George Ontiverous to town! Students will have the opportunity to participate in the D.A.R.E. program every Tuesday 3rd 9 weeks! Thank you George for including us!
The Caldwell game that was scheduled for Friday has been moved to tomorrow night IN Caldwell. The schedule is as follows.
Games Start at 4:30 PM
Junior Varsity: ½ JV Girls, 8 min Quarters, ½ JV Boys, 8 min. Quarters
Varsity: 15 minute warm-up, 8 minute quarters, 10 minute half time,

Hello everyone,
The next Day Off Discovery Program at the Extension Office will be held on January 3 from 10:00 to 11:30 and 2:00 to 4:00. We will have "snow" much fun at this event! We will make snow, have a fun snowflake craft, and maybe even have a snowball fight!
This event is free and open to all youth, 4-H membership is not required.
